I'm sad to announce that with reference to MOE newly laid down directive that,

All CCA will be suspended for 2 weeks. CCA will resume on 6th July 2009 unless if there are any changes.

Oneida VSS and EX-CO Ceremony

I am very glad to inform you guys that the date of the Venture Scout Standard Ceremony has been confirmed. The date of the ceremony is on the 27 June after the Hougang Rangers Gangshow.

The Ex-co ceremony will also be held on the same night.

Dear All,

Please Note that there will be training on 19th June 09 without roland as the total people who will be there is less then 5. Also note that this coming Sunday 21st June 09 morning 9am - 12noon we will be having percussion rather then Dragon Boating. 1) NorthEast Area Venture Leadership Course 2009

3) Legs & Paddles 2009 (LNP 2009)

Initiated by NUS Canoeing Club and in collaboration with NUS Students’ Sports Club, LNP is a biathlon that combines running and kayaking. LNP 2009 will be held at Marina Basin (Kallang) on Sunday, 23 August 2009. This unique sporting event seeks to promote team bonding, competitive spirit and healthy lifestyle through kayaking and running. It is open to all sports enthusiasts!

Oneida Patrol Hike

Dear Ventures,

for those who are going down for the Oneida Patrol Hike on this coming Monday, 8 June 2009, we will have to meet at Bedok Reservoir Park at 0800hrs. Attire will be venture tee, bottom can be anything. Please wear proper footwear and bring along your first aid kit and water bottle. We will be going down as safety 'cyclist'. Review and Reminders

Dear Ventures,

as we've all learned our knots and all, please go review on the things that we have all learned be it knots or pack a rucksack etc... Sir Justin will just pop out some questions to test our knowledge on Scouting Skills anytime.. So BE PREPARED. To prevent any trouble when he wants to test us on knots, Sir Justin wants all of us to bring a twine which is at least 2m everywhere we go. We are also expected to know the Scout Law by order and Scout Promise :) Jia you everyone for getting VSS, Venture Cord and lets not forget our PSA!!!! XD
