First Aid Course + IMPORTANT TASK !

Dear Ventures !

Please be reminded that our First Aid Course will be commencing in 2 days time!
Just in case we all forget..

ONE LAST REMINDER !!!
please remember to bring a recent sized NRIC photograph (3.5cm by 2.5cm) for card-sized First Aid Certificate and stationery for note taking.
Dress code : VENTURE TEE + pants/jeans ( first day )
( dress code for the subsequent days is TOB )
NO SLIPPERS
* Ladies -> no lipstick/gloss

Lastly, we would be meeting at tampines mrt station @ 7.30am SHARP
( please kindly be punctual)

* Please do note that after the Course, we will be meeting Sir Justin at Tampines 201 Mac.

IMPORTANT TASKS !

I've received instructions from Sir Justin that we must write up a reflection of the field day and campfire by 25th of Feb along with other stuffs. * NOTE THAT THE DEADLINE IS 25th FEB 2009 for ALL TASKS.

1) Field day and Campfire reflection must include :
- what went wrong
- what went right
- how to improve
- how to use the what went right and what went wrong in future planning and organization.
- what are the personal skills that you have learnt
- learning points
(they can be written in point form as we are to share it with the unit when we meet Sir Justin )

2 ) Reflection on unit:
- what you like about the venture unit AND scout unit
- what you don't like about the venture unit AND scout unit
( can include yourself not liking the leaders as well )

3 ) Do up a peer evaluation ( are to submit personally to Sir Justin on Wed )
- Rate from 1 to 5
- Include leaders ( Sir Justin, Mr Basheer , Jared )
- MUST include reasons for the rating

Sir Justin would also want to take a look at the Job Week Camp proposal.
As the Camp Chief would not be around, the committee would present the proposal on behalf of him.
Admin for Job week camp is to prepare the first minutes of the JWC meeting and submit to Sir Justin on Wed.

Lastly, Sir Justin would be checking the finance file on Wed. Therefore, Committee's Treasurer is to update and prepare the finance file with accounts and everything done.
